<p>For those who don’t know, BTS and Coldplay agreed to work together on the song “My Universe,” which went on to become a global hit. Chris Martin, the leader of Coldplay, said, “About 18 months ago, I got a message from somebody,” in reference to joining forces with BTS. “BTS wants to do a song with you,” they said. “How would that work?” I asked. I didn’t know how it was even conceivable.</p>
<p>“My friend said the phrase’my universe’ one day, and I wrote it down because I thought it would make a cool title,” he said. I then showed it to my buddy and suggested that we record this demo for BTS. Martin went on to visit BTS in South Korea, referring to the group as “a role model” and the “king of stadium tour.”</p>
<p>The song was the recipient of several prizes, including the MTV Millennial prizes, Planeta Awards, NRJ Music Awards, Joox Malaysia Music Awards, Melon Music Awards 2021, MTV Video Music Awards Japan, and Nickelodeon Mexico Kids’ Choice Awards.</p>

However, BTS’s management company, BigHit Music, subsequently revealed his cooperation with Coldplay.
