Guwahati, February 23:Prof. Dr. Prakash Divakaran, Vice Chancellor of Himalayan University, has been conferred with the prestigious “Iconic Leadership in Higher Education – 2026” award at the Education Leadership Summit & Awards 2026 held in Guwahati.
